This notice describes the current MolSage website, account system and available research modules.
Account information
Registration collects your name, email address and password. MolSage keeps your account details, a protected password record, agreement time, account status and sign-in information. Your password is not stored in readable form or displayed to administrators.
Sign-in and shared allowances
A sign-in cookie keeps your account available across MolSage modules. We record module access and advanced processing usage to manage the five free advanced uses and ten free standard workspace opens shared by each account. The allowance is associated with your account rather than your browser or device.
Scientific inputs and results
Molecular structures, spectra, reaction conditions, observed masses, images and other scientific inputs are processed by the module you choose. Some drawing and standard processing functions take place in your browser. A module may retain inputs, results or saved work according to its available workflow.
Advanced processing
When you request advanced AI processing, relevant scientific inputs are sent to hosted analysis services to generate or review results. Only submit scientific information that you and your organization are authorized to process in this way. Your organization’s confidentiality requirements should guide what you upload.
Administrative controls
Authorized owners can manage account access, processing allowances, membership status and service configuration. Administrative changes and their reasons are recorded. Passwords and stored service credentials are excluded from the activity record. Recovery links are temporary and can be used once.
Membership and payment information
The planned monthly membership costs ₹500 for the first month, then ₹1,500 per month per user. Online payment collection is not available in this release. Creating an account does not collect payment details or begin a subscription. Manually confirmed membership access is recorded on your account.
Contact addresses and future changes
Contact addresses and outgoing email settings may be configured by the owner. Saving those settings does not create a mailbox or send a message. This notice will be updated when payment collection, email delivery or other data-handling features become available.
