Reaction analysis
Reaction structures, conditions, images and mass values submitted inside the analysis application are processed to produce assignments. Routine calculations run within the MolSage application environment.

Advanced analysis
When advanced analysis is enabled and triggered, relevant reaction context may be sent to the configured external reasoning service. Organizations with stricter requirements can discuss customer-controlled credentials or private deployment options.

Do not use the public form for chemistry
The public beta-request form is only for contact details. Do not place confidential structures, project names or experimental data in that form.
